Stella: Speaking of fruits, what are we getting today?

Brain: Well, lychee is in season. They're these small, dark red fruits that are extremely tasty and juicy. You should give them a try.

Stella: Great. Let's get some. What else is in season?

Brian: How about some papayas? They can be eaten raw, but here in Taiwan we like adding milk in our papaya juice.

Stella: That's news to me. Are papayas as sweet as lychee?
史黛拉：我第一次聽說。木瓜也跟荔枝一樣很甜嗎？
Brian: They're milder in sweetness but still very good. And if you like something tangier, we can get some pineapples and mangoes.
布萊恩：木瓜比較沒那麼甜但是也很好吃。如果妳喜歡重口味，我們可以買鳳梨和芒果。
Stella: Good. Pineapples are always a favorite of mine. I've heard Taiwanese mangoes are out of this world, but I've never had the chance to try them.
史黛拉：好啊。鳳梨是我的最愛之一。我聽說過台灣芒果很棒，可是一直還沒有機會品嚐。
Brian: You heard right. Mangoes are a big deal here, especially the "Irwin" variety. They're super sweet, with a smooth texture, perfect for making smoothies or shaved ice.
布萊恩：沒錯。台灣的芒果很有名，尤其愛文芒果甜到爆而且口感滑順，很適合做成冰沙或刨冰。
Stella: My mouth is watering already. Can we get both?

Clerk: No, sorry. We don't have jackfruits. Those are durians. They are both large and spiky, but durians have this distinctive odor.
店員：抱歉，我們沒有賣菠蘿蜜。那是榴槤。它跟榴槤一樣都帶刺而且很大一顆，不過榴槤會有一股特別重的味道。
Ethan: Oh, I was wondering what that smell was. Is there anything else you can recommend? Something with a milder aroma maybe?
