Selecting Goods 選購商品時：

你可能會聽到店員說Shop assistant:

1. How may I help you?
　我可以為你做甚麼嗎？

2. Can I help you find something?
　我可以幫你找甚麼嗎？

你可以這麼說You:

1. I'm just browsing. / I am just looking around. Thanks.
　我只是看看，謝謝你！

2. I'm looking for… / I need to buy…
　我在找…。 / 我要買…。

3. Do you have any …? / Where can I find …?
　你們有賣…嗎？ / 我可以在哪裡找到…？

Trying Something 試用/試穿商品：

你可能會聽到店員說Shop assistant:

1. Would you like to try it on?
　你想要試穿看看嗎？

2. The changing / fitting rooms are that way.
　試衣間在那邊。

3. What size / color would you like?
　你想要甚麼尺寸/顏色呢？

4. Would you like anything else?
　你還需要其他的東西嗎？

5. I'm afraid we don't have any more left.
　不好意思，我們已經售完了。

你可以這麼說You:

1. Can / May I try it on?
　我可以試穿一下嗎？

2. It's too short / long / tight / loose.
　它太短/長/緊/鬆。

3. Do you have this in a smaller size / larger size / a different color?
　這件有沒有小一點/大一點的尺寸/其他顏色呢？

4. Do you have this item in stock?
　你們這項商品還有存貨嗎？

5. I'll take it.
　我就買這個吧！

6. I have to think it over.
　我要再考慮一下。

Making Payment 付帳：

你可能會聽到店員說Shop assistant:

1. Will that be all?
　這是您所有要購買的商品了嗎？

2. The total is ... (price). / That's ... (price), please.
　總共是$…，謝謝您。

3. How would you like to pay?
　您想怎麼付帳呢？

4. Will that be cash or credit?
　您要用現金或是信用卡付帳呢？

5. Would you like a bag?
　您需要袋子嗎？

6. Would you like that gift wrapped?
　您需要禮物包裝服務嗎？

你可以這麼說You:

1. Does the price include tax?
　這是含稅價嗎？

2. That's all. Please ring these up, thanks.
　就是這些了，請幫我結帳，謝謝。

3. Do you take credit cards?
　你們收信用卡嗎？

4. I'll pay in cash. / I'll pay by card.
　我要用現金/刷卡付帳。

5. Here's ... (money), keep the change!
　這裡總共是$…，不用找了！

Returning and Making Complaints 退貨和客訴：

你可能會聽到店員說Shop assistant:

1. Have you got the receipt?
　您有攜帶發票/收據嗎？

2. Can I ask why you're returning it please?
　可以請問您為什麼想退這樣商品呢？

你可以這麼說You:

1. Could I have a refund please?
　請問我可以退貨/退款嗎？

2. It doesn't work. / It doesn't fit. I'd like to return this please.
　它故障了。/它不合適。我想要辦理退貨。

3. I'd like to change this for a different size.
　我想要更換尺寸。

4. Can I speak to the manager please?
　我想見經理。

5. I'd like to make a complaint.
　我想要客訴。
