隨著科技資訊的發展，語言也跟著慢慢在改變，如何能把英文這個語言靈活地運用於生活上是大家所努力的目標。大部分學生在學習英文時最常犯的一些錯誤，像是使用錯誤的代名詞、主詞和動詞不一致、錯誤或缺少冠詞、不正確的使用可數和不可數名詞、錯誤的動詞時態等等。
然而，造成學生會犯這些錯誤的原因在於他們不了解每個單字的正確用法和文法觀念的混淆，因此想要解決這些問題，如何幫助學生去提升他們的學習成效就變成一門重要的課題，在這裡提供一些步驟來幫助學生更有效率地學習英文。
預習
預習的第一步是上課前瀏覽教材，了解上課的內容並將不懂的單字查好。接下來要把不懂的問題和不了解的單字標註起來，等上課時在詢問老師，這樣你對課堂上所要教授的內容會更了解。課前花個半小時預習並不難，但需持之以恆才可得到良好效果。
聽課
上課專心聽課是獲得最佳學習成效的重要方法。千萬不要害怕發問，因為這是很好的機會去練習你的溝通技巧，就算說錯了，也可透過老師的講解得到正確知識，同時可以加深你對此教材的印象。此外，有系統地記筆記也是必要的，寫下重點好讓自己可以反覆練習。
複習
上完課後，很多學生總是不再去複習，直到考試前或需要用到時才去翻找，然而，時間久了就等於是要重新學習了，所以，一定要儘快複習課程才可以加強已記下的資訊達到最好的效果。
With the development of technology and information, language also evolves slowly. Everyone is working hard to try to use English agilely in our daily lives. There are several common mistakes that most of students are easy to make while learning English, such as incorrect pronoun, unfitting subject-verb agreement, incorrect or missing articles, wrong count and non-count nouns, erroneous verb tenses and so forth.
However, the reason for making these mistakes is students do not understand the correct usage of words and confused in grammar. In order to solve these problems, helping students to enhance their learning performance is necessary. Here are three important steps that will help students to learn English more effectively.
Preview
The first step of review is to skim the material before going to the class. Understand the content of the lecture and look words up in the dictionary. Next, try to highlight the questions or words that you do not understand, and then ask the teacher in class. By doing this, you will have clearer picture about the content of the lecture. It is not hard to spend half an hour on previewing, but try to hold on to it can get better effort.
Listen
Paying attention in class is a very important way to gain the best learning performance. Do not afraid to ask questions in class because this is a great opportunity for you to exercise your communication skills. Even if you answer wrongfully, you can get the correct information through teacher's explanation, and it will deepen your impression on this material. Besides, taking note systematically is also necessary. Write down the significant ones to be able to practice again.
Review
After the lecture, many students always forget to review. They will look it up before the exam or if needed; however, they have to learn the material all over again with the time goes by. Therefore, review the lecture ASAP to boost the information you remember to achieve the best effort.
