Hello, everyone. I’m Ben. I have been coming to Gjun English School to learn English since I graduated from junior high school. I was not good at English when I was a junior high school student, but everything changed since I came to Gjun.
There is a variety of classes to choose from. The teachers teach English to help students pass a test, like TOEIC or IELTS. It is very helpful for us to get a good job or good grades. Besides, the school has life English, such as Travel English, CNN listening and Ted talks. We can know what happens in the world in English and apply what I learn from class when traveling. The last but not the least, Gjun has a class called ECAM. Instead of classrooms, we go to different venues to have English lessons, such as night markets, coffee shops, sugar refinery factory and so on. I really like it to use English in the daily life.
I also love the environment. I meet a lot of nice teachers and make friends with classmates. The teacher’s teaching is enthusiastic and lively. They make me more confident in English. Besides, we can also learn other languages in Gjun, like Japanese, Spanish, and Korean. If you don’t like study with other people, or if you don’t have enough time to come to class, you can study with teachers online. After class, you can download the video and study at home.
There are two reasons why I want to learn English. Nowadays, English is an international language widely used in the world, so I want to improve my English level. The other is to join the airline company and be a flight attendant. Therefore, I will be able to fly all over the world. And see different things. Since I met Ari, the teacher, he changed the way I see English a lot. I used to be afraid of taking to foreigners and was not willing to learn. His class made me more interested in English and now I have the courage to speak to foreigners.
English is important for us to connect to the world. We must study hard and let’s us study hard together in Gjun!
